WHAT WILL I NEED FOR CLASS?
Basic gear will be provided for all intro class activities. If you wish to use your own gear, please consult one of our instructors before using it in class. Please bring the following items for every class:
Water Bottle
Athletic Wear
Gym Shoes
Athletic Cup, if needed
